NexJob, LLC — Effective March 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and NexJob, LLC ("NexJob"). By accessing or using the NexJob platform, software, APIs, or any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
NexJob is a cloud-based field service management platform for small to mid-sized field service businesses, including job scheduling and dispatch, CRM, AI-assisted quoting and invoicing, SMS and voice communications, customer portal, inventory management, reporting, and integrations with QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, and Google Maps.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us immediately at steve@nexjob.app of any unauthorized access. Each subscription covers one business entity.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as provided below. NexJob reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Accounts unpaid for more than 30 days may be terminated.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not transmit spam, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, or violate third-party terms including Twilio's and Stripe's policies. You are solely responsible for TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliance when using SMS and voice features.
By using NexJob's SMS and voice features, you agree to: (a) obtain prior express written consent from each recipient before sending SMS or calls; (b) not send prohibited content; (c) honor all opt-out requests immediately — when a recipient replies STOP, NexJob automatically suppresses future messages; (d) complete 10DLC brand and campaign registration as required by U.S. carriers. NexJob may suspend SMS/voice access for violations.
NexJob uses third-party Artificial Intelligence ("AI") services from Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude) as an integral part of the Service. AI generates suggested replies, drafts, pricing recommendations (including AI Quote Advisor, Voice-to-Invoice, Gemini Vision estimating, and Ghost Dispatching), and automated customer communications shipped under Your brand — with or without per-message human review depending on the automation settings You configure. AI outputs are suggestions only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. You acknowledge that You are solely responsible for all AI-generated content that bears Your name, including content shipped through automations You have enabled, and that Your end customers' prior consent to receive "automated messages" (including the SMS opt-in clickwrap or any similar disclosure) does not shift responsibility for the AI-generated content's quality, accuracy, or compliance with applicable law from You to NexJob.
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. NexJob processes Customer Data on your behalf as a data processor. You may export your data at any time. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then deleted upon request.
The Service and all related software, designs, and AI models are the exclusive property of NexJob, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in the Service.
The Service integrates with Stripe, Twilio, QuickBooks, Google Maps, Anthropic, and Google AI. Your use is subject to each provider's terms. NexJob is not responsible for third-party service availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NexJob targets 99.5% monthly uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXJOB IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. NEXJOB'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS OR $500.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexJob, LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your Customer Data, or any SMS/telephony compliance violations.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing steve@nexjob.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days to allow export.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the AAA in Delaware County, Ohio.
NexJob may update these Terms at any time with at least 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
